  • Misappropriated refund



    Booking Reference CC3GNG for Jetstar Auckland - Melbourne - Auckland. 11 Jan 2015 and 19 Jan 2015. Jetstar acknowledged my claim for, and authorized, a refund, which they paid to a Mastercard Account ****1134 of Mrs Monica Hayes, Transaction reference: 114 872 869 Date: 4 Feb 2015 as this was the account used to pay for the ticket - they say. Notwithstanding that Jetstar advised the would pay to the card "you" (i.e.myself)used when paying originally. More...

  • Inept, evasive - unprincipled ?



    I booked eDreams by accident. They advertise online & appeared to me to be Jetstar,(whom I was trying to book with for the first (& last !) time) - and as having a local NZ office in that the URL they used would indicate, to the initial glance, that they were JetStar NZ i.e. Jetstar.nz.edreams.com) . This online presentation was in my opinion deliberately deceptive (they have since changed the URL wording - see below) - there is no eDreams NZ office - one must deal directly with Spain for complaints after badgering evasive Filipina(I think) operators on their given number, to get...
