    I booked eDreams by accident. They advertise online & appeared to me to be Jetstar,(whom I was trying to book with for the first (& last !) time) - and as having a local NZ office in that the URL they used would indicate, to the initial glance, that they were JetStar NZ i.e. Jetstar.nz.edreams.com) . This online presentation was in my opinion deliberately deceptive (they have since changed the URL wording - see below) - there is no eDreams NZ office - one must deal directly with Spain for complaints after badgering evasive Filipina(I think) operators on their given number, to get...
